The Go-to Workout


You know those times when you just need a good workout that is fast and easy and super-effective?

This is it. I call it “The Go-To Workout.”

Because no equipment is needed, you can do this on vacation, at home, or even outside. Wherever you decide to workout, you won’t be disappointed. The Go-To Workout gives you a little cardio and a little strength training, and certainly qualifies as a workout that can create change in your body.

Feel free to modify as necessary. Rather than doing 4 rounds of 25, try 5 rounds of 20 or 10 rounds of 10.

Be sure to listen to your body! In the beginning this workout is nearly impossible…and in the end, it still feels impossible.
