Dill Dip
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup fat free sour cream
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon dill
1 teaspoon Bon Appetit

    1. Hi Julie – thanks for your comment. There are so many different definitions of healthy. There’s fat free, calorie counting, whole foods, paleo – who is right? My personal philosophy is that the more fresh fruits and veggies you can get, the better. A great dip can make eating veggies easier. In this particular recipe, the sour cream is low fat, which I feel makes it healthier than other recipes. You can use low fat or fat free mayo, but I think it compromises the taste. So feel free to adjust the recipe, but hopefully you’ll enjoy the overall flavor of the dip.
