1 cup Newman’s Balsamic Vinaigrette

Pear Gorgonzola Salad

  • Spinach
  • Grilled chicken
  • Turkey bacon bits
  • Sliced grapes
  • Sliced pears
  • Low fat blue cheese or gorgonzola cheese

  • Candy walnuts by melting 1/4 c. sugar in a pan on stove top. Gently coat 1 c. walnuts with
  • melted sugar and remove immediately. Cool on wax paper. Add remaining ingredients and serve with poppy seed dressing.

(Tip: Guess what? Gorgonzola cheese is just a fancy, expensive version of blue cheese! Don’t kill yourself trying to find it or spend extra money on it if you already have blue cheese in your refrigerator.)
