What you need to know about Body Love:
- Body Love is like a boot camp…plus a whole lot more. The program includes challenging and effective cardio and strength training workouts twice a week.
- Immediately following each workout you will receive a group coaching session – giving you nutritional guidance, menu planning tips, and mental coaching to help you find peace in your body and in food.
- Body Love is an eight-week, live program. We will meet twice a week in Kaysville, UT. Participants must live in Salt Lake, Davis, or Weber Counties.

Who is The Body Love Program for?
The Happy Gal Body Love program was created for women with any or all of the following feelings:
- Want to achieve a healthier body weight or would like increased energy
- Just can’t face another diet
- Have lost and regained weight numerous times in their life
- Are dissatisfied with and/or critical of their bodies
- Feel overly preoccupied with thoughts of exercise, food, or body
- Avoid certain life experiences (such as family outings, family pictures, or going shopping) because of body-related issues.
